KEMBER C. KORTE — Vice President, General Manager

A licensed Florida real estate professional since 1986, Kem joined Palm Beach Commercial Properties in 1987 as Vice President of Leasing after moving to Palm Beach County from Maryland. As Palm Beach Commercial Properties' industrial property portfolio expanded, Kem was promoted to General Manager and became active in industrial property acquisitions and in-house property management, overseeing three property managers and the firm's accounting and administrative staff.

In both 1992 and 1993, Kem was awarded "Highest Dollar Volume in Industrial Leasing" by the Commercial Real Estate Network, and is currently a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance. He has completed courses in the CCIM program from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, and is an active member of the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, the Riviera Beach Business Council, the Business Development Board and the Economic Forum of Palm Beach County.

With over 24 years experience in commercial acquisitions, lease negotiations, tenant retention, industrial marketing, and property management, Kem has been instrumental in growing Palm Beach Commercial Properties into one of the largest industrial real estate leasing firms in Palm Beach County.

JOHN LUTZON — Vice President, Senior Property Manager

John, as Vice President of Leasing and Senior Property Manager, oversees the drafting and negotiation of business leases along with their related documents and also acts as the company's liaison with regards to tenant relations and information technology. Joining Palm Beach Commercial Properties in 1992, his input to the company for almost two decades is a great asset to both Palm Beach Commercial Properties and its' tenants. John's detailed business approach assists "PBCP" in managing its' industrial property portfolio comprising over one million square feet, in an efficient and professional manner.

Residing in the Palm Beach area for over 30 years, John brings with him his extensive knowledge of Palm Beach County's industrial warehouse market and continuously lends his many years of real estate management experience and technical expertise to the firm's in-house management team.

CURT LEVITAN — Vice President, Property Manager

Curt joined Palm Beach Commercial Properties in 2004, after relocating to Florida from Philadelphia. He brings 25 years of residential property management and maintenance experience to the company. Curt has transformed and honed this expertise into the industrial warehouse market with great success and is involved in all aspects of warehouse leasing and customer service. In addition, Curt supervises the maintenance and repair of Palm Beach Commercial Properties' entire portfolio of over one million square feet of industrial warehouse space. For the past seven years, he has been an integral part of the PBCP management team.

LINDA J. ANDERSON — Controller

Linda has over 25 years experience in accounting, administration, human resources and operating systems. She moved to Florida in 1998 after working in Los Angeles as a controller in the entertainment industry. Linda oversees all accounting, administrative and computer functions. Since joining Palm Beach Commercial Properties in 2006, she has been instrumental in implementing new systems that have greatly improved the company's operating efficiency.

KAY COOLONG — Administrative Assistant

As a native of West Palm Beach, Kay has a unique perspective of the county, having witnessed the growth over the years. Kay attended Palm Beach Community College and holds a Community Association Manager's license and is a Notary Public. Since 2004, Kay has been employed with Palm Beach Commercial Properties as the company receptionist and administrative assistant to the company's property managers. In this capacity, she has developed an expertise in the management of all leasing functions. Kay also manages all of property insurance policies along with other administrative functions. Being Palm Beach Commercial Properties' first point of contact, both tenants and prospects recognize Kay's ability to communicate in a friendly and efficient manner.

TED KNIGHT — Bookkeeper

Ted hails from Indianapolis and has lived in Delray Beach since 1965. He comes to commercial property management from a long career in residential real estate office management. At Palm Beach Commercial Properties, Ted handles payables and receivables as well as marketing and special projects. Ted's extensive real estate management experience helps make Palm Beach Commercial Properties enjoy a good reputation in the commercial real estate market place.
